VOLCANO CAKE FOR BIRTHDAY BOY

I'm not sure where this birthday cake making "thing" has come from but I'm starting to like it. You see, I don't make a lot of stuff anymore. My creativity seemed to have died or has lay dormant since child number one and two. The moment child number one started to pull my scrapbook and card making papers off the dining room table, out went my creativity and in came preschool activities and encouraging creativity within her instead.
So after all these years I have found a new outlet...I'm not sure how long it will last...but here's the latest cake pic for you to ooh and ahh over.
I'm pretty stoked with it. I googled a few other volcano cakes. They some how had dry ice coming out of the top, we had 5 sparklers left over from Guy Fawkes.

Very cool! I love the sparkler idea - why didn't I think of that? (I did a volcano cake last year for Luca's 3rd. Sparklers would've rocked!) x
